My mom's toilet had a leak. Called Premier Plumbing and they were out the next day to look at it and advise what work needed to be done. Took a look at other stuff around the house that been meaning to have looked at. They were able to help her pick out a new toilet from Home Depot, and had it fixed and installed a few days later. Logan stayed all day and even when new toilet had missing part was able to run to Home Depot to get it taken care of. Everyone here was professional, polite, courteous, friendly, and easy to do business with. Would highly recommend.

Brandon and Logan were awesome to work with on a major plumbing leak we had in our home. They were referred to me by a friend's handyman. When I called them, I let them know that the home warranty company would be sending out a plumber first. They offered to give me a free second opinion and estimate on repairing the slab leak and scheduled me quickly. Their estimate beat the other plumber's estimate by $4,000! Once we decided to work with them, they brought in another company that specializes in water mitigation to immediately start drying the areas that had been affected by the water leak to prevent further damage. The other company even helped us file our claim with home insurance and Brandon's team was instrumental in helping us navigate it all. They were always super quick to respond to any of my texts or calls. I loved their excellent customer service skills, transparency, honesty, and how friendly and warm they were to communicate with during this stressful time. They explained everything to us up- front, every step of the way. It never felt like they were trying to sell us something or hounding us for business like other places. They just responded right away whenever I reached out and scheduled us super quickly. They required a down payment to get the job scheduled but were so helpful with communicating with our home insurance to help us get reimbursement for whatever was covered. They let us know that they'd do a full leak detection and diagnosis of the situation and would refund us money if the job ended up being smaller, and they followed through with that after assessing our house. They could have said it was a bigger leak and we wouldn't have known the difference. Thankfully they were honest people and drew us a diagram of pipes and location of the leak so we could decide how we wanted to proceed. When the insurance company tried to deny our claim, Brandon was so kind as to call our insurance adjustor on our behalf and advocate for us, resulting in getting the full amount we were covered for. I love when I can recommend a local business that goes over and above for its customers. I even ended up hiring them for other small jobs based on their professionalism.

Logan deserves 6 Stars! Had multiple water system issues and not only was he patient in fixing them but also made sure to provide information, honest about pricing and work, and checked every other system so that we won’t have another problem.

Logan is the BEST plumber I have yet to come in contact with. He does his job with integrity, a calm attitude and a smile. He knows what he is talking about & helps inform his clients very well. He came to our house on an emergency call after midnight to make sure we had a working toilet! That’s customer satisfaction. I will only use Logan as my future plumber, for it is hard to find people you can trust & I feel like I can trust Logan and his work. He always gets the job done to the best of his ability!

Love this plumbing company. Have used them twice now and they answer quickly, setup an initial appointment to see what's going on, and then with a non-urgent issue had job completed a few days later. Logan has done work both times and is very nice, knowledgeable, calm, detailed, and does an amazing job. Have future work planned and will absolutely use Premier Plumbing without a doubt.

Logan, from Premire Plumbing arrived at my home on Tuesday night about 5 PM to work on a plumbing problem I have involving the bathroom sink. Logan was very knowledge about the problem and explained to me the procedures involved and rectifying my particular problem. Logan worked very quickly efficiently and fixed my problem problem in less than an hour. Logan was a very polite young man very personable and a lot of fun to talk with. My opinion, Premire Plumbing was a good choice and Logan was a great representative of the company.

I recently had an issue with my hot water heater, and was being completely ignored by my property manager. In steps Brandon from Premier Plumbing to save the day. He listened and sympathized with me and followed up with the property manager on my behalf. He ensured the repair was completed properly and quickly.
