January 13, 2024Brandon has honestly been a life savor! I had quite a few surprise sewer issues with an old property in Phoneix, and normally those would be devastating. I am so thankful for Brandon because every time I reached out to him he was prompt to find the issue, give me a great quote for the work, scheduled me quickly and got the job done with excellent quality. There is even a warranty on the work! Peace of mind has been huge for me and it’s worth using Brandon and Premier Plumbing so it’s all done right the first time!

The technician Logan that came to the home was very knowledgeable at his craft and fought to get me the best price and service possible. All in all the whole process was quick, painless, and affordable I will definitely be referring this company to family and friends for any plumbing needs.

He knows what he is talking about & helps inform his clients very well. He came to our house on an emergency call after midnight to make sure we had a working toilet! That’s customer satisfaction. I will only use Logan as my future plumber, for it is hard to find people you can trust & I feel like I can trust Logan and his work. He always gets the job done to the best of his ability!

October 13, 2023Logan came in within 2 hours of calling on a water pipe break that happened while I was trying to change out a shower head. The shower arm broken from corrosion which he was able to fix promptly. Highly recommended

He explained the issue and fixed the issue for a fair price. Also helped with scheduling RO system filter change appointment. I will definitely reach out to Premier Plumbing for any future needs.

September 13, 2023My mom's toilet had a leak. Called Premier Plumbing and they were out the next day to look at it and advise what work needed to be done. Took a look at other stuff around the house that been meaning to have looked at. They were able to help her pick out a new toilet from Home Depot, and had it fixed and installed a few days later. Logan stayed all day and even when new toilet had missing part was able to run to Home Depot to get it taken care of. Everyone here was professional, polite, courteous, friendly, and easy to do business with. Would highly recommend.

He listened and sympathized with me and followed up with the property manager on my behalf. He ensured the repair was completed properly and quickly. Totally went above and beyond, can’t thank him enough!! I recommend this company to anyone that will listen, very honest and reliable!!

Special care and attention related to my landscape was demonstrated, the materials used were state of the art, and a plan was followed that minimized the period without water service to the house. The guys were very friendly, polite, and professional. What more can I say...

February 28, 2024I thought I had a slab leak and even had a leak detector come out and tell me that it was a slab leak. Once Brandon came out, I found out it wasn’t even that and got what needed to be fixed all done which was WAY LESS than I thought it would be! Brandon was super helpful, thorough, and gave me all of the information I need. As a new home owner, I will definitely be using them again for any issues and updates in my home 🙂
